Clocks- 4 (Four): (1) large French black marble, 8 days, time and strike mantel clock with visible escapement, c1890; (2) Schatz German square brass and glass 1000 day anniversary clock, c1952; (3) Kundo German brass and glass 400 day, c1965; (4) French onyx, 8 days time and strike mantel clock, painted porcelain dial, balance platform, c1900 (1) the large and heavy marble case has edge chips and some more serious damage to a lower front corner. It's unsigned movement ticks and strikes but was not tested long term. Ht 17 1/4". (2) & (3) Both anniversary clocks have tarnished brass exteriors, brighter interiors, good dials, and intact torsion springs, but were not tested. (4) the veined marble case is intact with just very minor edge chips. The hand painted dial, with flying cherub, is fine, as is the thick beveled glass. The unsigned movement ticks, with its lever escapement, and strikes but was not tested long term and may need cleaning. Ht 10.75
