Clocks- 2 (Two) Bracket Chiming: (1) German oak, 8 days, time, strike and Westminster chime round top bracket clock, with subsidiary indicators for chime/silent and fast/slow adjustment, c1910 (2) J.J. Elliott, for Tiffany & Co., New York, mahogany, 8 days, balance wheel bracket clock with Westminster chimes on coiled gongs, c1910 (1) the hardwood case has been nicely refinished, and the thick beveled front glass is fine. The silvered dial shows some tarnish at the edges. The large square unsigned movement ticks and chimes on its 5 rods, but was not tested long term. Ht 13 1/2" (2) the inlaid ornate case retains a nice old surface with carved wood side windows. Its rear door grill needs to be secured. The engraved silvered dial and thick beveled glass are good except for silver losses on the chapter ring. The movement chimes but the balance staff is broken and the hairspring needs attention. Ht 12"
