Case with nice gilding, with wear to the lacquer coating, a couple scratches. Dial and hands very good, movement very good. This clock has a presentation plaque that reads: "Presented to William J. Goodwin in Recognition of 25 years loyal service Union Carbide Corporation, Plastics Division 1964"
