we do not find this unique heavy clock in any catalogues, but it appears to provide signaling and/or recording functions. The dial has an outer ring of small painted numbers, the hands have positions for contacts, the lower unit shows the days of the week. The open-spring movement ticks, with its simulated mercury pendulum, but was not tested long term. The front glass, with its decal, is wavy. The case is a Victorian design so the clock or case may be earlier. 42" x 19 1/2" x 7 1/2"
