all the metal surfaces have been nicely and skillfully restored, and there are no losses to the detailed ornate castings. The porcelain dial has two large hairlines; the beveled glass is good. The signed movement is fully wound and not functioning, so service will be needed. Note that the figure is not secured to the base. Ht 24."
