Walnut case in original finish with a small ding on the bottom door. Original painted dial has some scattered paint loss. Bottom right drop finial has a broken tip. Center drop finial has a chip on the edge. The pendulum and rod are a replacement as this one looks to be a Seth Thomas No. 2 model. The original should have a gilt wood rod. Hands, while old, may be replacements. One of the weights is missing. Ht 52"
