the finish is old, bubbly, and dark on this rarely seen large and heavy wall clock. Original metal painted and signed dial is a bit dirty, faded and scratched, but still good overall. Original hands. The movement appears clean and ticks, but not tested long term. See Ly's "Ansonia" book, page 202. Overall diameter 28", dial is 18"
