While all 4 finials are intact, the rest of the base piece and top piece to the case are absent. The walnut case has been refinished. The dial has been professionally repainted by the Dial House. The hands are original. The movement is signed. The door glasses are original. The nickel plated pendulum bob is nicely damaskeened. The date of January, 1886 (6881A) is stencilled on the back of the case. Ht 40 " (should be 46 " with the base and top pieces).
