case is refinished to mahogany color, inside and out. Dial is completely new, with applied Howard signature. Black - gold glasses are new. Pulley is new and improper style [replacements are available]. Pendulum stick recently finished with gold paint. Hands are new and not of proper Howard dimensions. Movement is original to case and with Howard signature, attaches with single screw from case back. This size clock, if all original would sell in the 7500 dollar range. #2 size is the most difficult to find.
