The individually hand painted porcelain cases for these Welch novelty clocks are all uniquely different. This example's case and painting are in excellent condition. The original paper dial is in excellent condition as are the hands. The setting knob is missing. These novelties are not commonly found, yet we have three nice examples in this auction!
