Clocks- 2 (Two): (1) Seth Thomas, Thomaston, Conn., 8 day, time and strike weight brass movement "Shell Column" & cornice shelf clock. c1870 (2) Forestville Manufacturing Co., Bristol, Conn., 8 days, time and strike weight brass movement column & Cornice shelf clock. c 1837 (1) Rosewood veneered case in an old finish with scattered veneer loss and good faux tortoise shell columns. Cornice is missing. Current dial is a replacement, but the original dial in need of restoration is included. Bottom tablet is a replacement, but center tablet is original. Hands are replacements. Ht 30.25" (2) Mahogany veneered case in original finish with some loss on the bottom areas and a couple small blistered areas on the left column. Bottom tablet is original with loss. Center glass is original, but has lost its original painting. Case may have had feet. Original painted dial is very nice with original hands. Clean label inside the case. Ht 34.5" One set of weights is missing.
