the case has been refinished and a meager attempt to apply graining. The iron dial has been completely refinished with original paint removed. The lower glass has been replaced and the ovoid pattern is incorrect, needs a trip to Lee Davis. The movement is a Howard & Davis, tall trapezoid early style and is correct. However, like many in early production, it bears no signature. Hands and weight are old and correct.
