French Morbier 8 day time and strike weight driven wall clock, posted frame movement with verge escapement, signed white enamel dial, pendulum stamp "C**H" the dial has a small inpainted chip by the III, but otherwise the overall condition is very good. The pendulum is French and old; the weights appear newer. It has the "prayer strike" feature, sounding the hour and repeating 5 minutes after. The movement appears complete and functional but was not tested
