Original painted dial has some loss at the latch, on the hinge side, at the fast/slow slot and a small area at 11 o'clock. Original hands. Nice label on the back of the case. The dial looks to be original as there are no other screw holes in the case. These Torsion movements generally have a dial that had an opening to view the pendulum in motion.
