the Windsor retains an old crusty finish. the old mirrors have appropriate tarnish spots, the original paper dial and beat scale have darkened. The old fancy pendulum is probably not be correct as it is the type generally only used by Welch. We do not see the large oak case in Ly, and it may be a one-off made for the movement and its enamel dial (minor chips and hairlines): The hinged top lifts to reveal a storage area; the pendulum is absent. Movements appear complete, but clocks sold as is with no further details available. Hts 21 in and 20.5 in
