the larger clock, with fancy brass inlay, has loose doors, a bit of veneer and trim cracking and loss, but overall is in good original condition. Originally it may have had a bit more case below the lower door. The signed dial has minor flaking where the posts attached. The convex glass is fine. The smaller clock had some device above the movement (note the curved slot at the dial top) which now is absent. There are minor losses and cracks, and the painted metal dial has cracking and minor flaking. Both single-fusee movements, with heavy pendulums, appear complete but were not tested and the clocks are sold as is. Hts. 22.75 in and 18 in
