the ebonized case has had some finish restoration and some new turned finials, and there is no bottom finial. Its brass weights do not match. The free-swinger's ornate case is complete, with a good glossy finish, but there are some woodworm holes. The smaller French case is very nice, with very minor edge dings. All movements appear complete and functional, but were not tested. Hts 35 in, 40 in. Overall diameter of French is 12 in
