The dial has been repainted. The hands are period and may be original to the clock. The pendulum, definitely a Welch, is more commonly seen on the Italian V. P. shelf clocks of the same period. There is some damage to the lower case base molding and the top left case return. The stenciled door glass is original. The movement is signed.
