Refinished mahogany and mahogany veneered case with a little veneer damage on the bottom of the door. The case has modified by substituting a "whales tails top, feet and scroll base for the usual scrolls, feet and skirt. Painted wood dial has some wear to the thin lines of the chapter ring. Period hands and pendulum. Original tablet with scattered loss. Movement is not original as it was not made by Samuel Terry who actually made the clocks (Eli financed this firm while his brother Samuel actually manufactured the clocks): The best part is a nice set of period Terry-style finials.
