hands are replaced. Dial has a single vertical crack. Brass sheathed weights appear to be older replacements. Wooden gears are intact, no missing teeth. The cannon pinion that carries the minute hand is newer wood. This is an estate clock, purchased in West Berlin in 1957. Dial was cracked at the time. Hand painted wooden dial surround is original. There are 54 rows of pins on the drum and 9 followers... (perhaps 6 tunes?) A rare clock.
