Piefort Sucr a Paris", 8 days, time and strike, spring driven movement in an elaborately carved oak case featuring griffins, hanging fruit and surmounted by an urn with wooden dials on barometer and clock face with cartouche Roman numerals and barometric conditions. the clock appears in excellent original condition and the case has an old finish with no apparent breaks. The barometer hand is frozen. This impressively carved clock has a great Black Forest look and a high quality French movement.
