The walnut case has been refinished with a dark stain. The original painted time dial is in good condition with some flaking at 5 o'clock. The original painted calendar dial shows flaking between 8 and 9 and some darkening above the center arbor hole and above and below the patent date. The hour and minute hand are replacements. The seconds hand and the calendar hand are original. The finals are original. The movement is signed. The door glass and "Fashion" label appear to be original. The pendulum bob and short wooden rod are absent.
