(1) This example was painted at the factory and is not the more common mahogany model. The paint is in pretty nice condition with some very minor loss at some of the sharp edges. Original tablets, eagle finials and hands. Original silvered dial is worn at the winding arbors. (2) Oak case in original finish has couple wear spots on the bottom door corners. Original porcelain dial is perfect. Original gilding on the dial bezel is worn off in places. Hands most likely original as we have seen other examples with the same style of hands. In the Waterbury catalog they are different. The hour hand has been repaired. Original tablets. Remains of a label on the back of the case. Ht 43"
