The case appears to have had restoration / refinishing in the past. The original paper dial has minor discoloration. The hands are correct, but the minute hand appears to be a replacement. The pendulum bob is original. Most Patti models have a bell strike, but this one has Welch- style wire gong. but it obstructs the view of the pendulum and is probably either a late example or the original bell was replaced by a gong. The back label is probably a modern copy.
