the entire bottom portion of the ornate case is absent, and the carved and turned top crest has a different wood stain color. The dial, weights and pendulum have a matching pattern, although the silvered chapter ring of the dial has tarnish and wear. Some minor case trim pieces also are missing. The complex movement appears complete but was not tested and is sold as is.
