Clocks- 2 (Two) French 8 day time and strike mantel clocks: (1) marble and bronze figural of bearded gentleman reading. Japy movement with countwheel and bell striking; (2) an ornate cast brass case with bell striking movement and white enamel dial both signed Henry Bell, Paris both clocks are in good original condition, but the marble case has some chips on its front and ends, and its dial has a hairline. Its movement needs a pendulum. The case of the brass clock has an old patina, and its dial and convex glass are fine. Figural is 18 x 13 x 5.5 in; brass is 6 x 11.5 x 4. Both movements tick and strike but were not tested long term
