Mahogany case in an old and possibly original finish. Gilding has been restored. Both tablets are modern and were painted by Fran Burleigh in the 1970's. The scene is Pawtucket Bridge and Falls from an aquatint by J. R. Smith (1775- 1849). Signature on the period dial looks to have been strengthened Nice set of period hands.
