Forestville Manufacturing Co., Bristol, Conn., "3/4 size Triple Decker" shelf clock with a 30 hour weight driven time and strike brass movement in a mahogany case with tortoise shell full columns and half columns with gilt caps and bases. The case retains some original finish with a small veneer chip on the top right return. The original painted dial has some loss at the screw holes. The hands are original. The three door glasses are original with the lower two being painted tablets. The movement is not an upside down movement, but rather has its motion works and hour pipe moved further down the movement which then requires the dial configuration shown.
