(1) The case has its original finish. The original painted dial has some loss at the winding holes and a finish that has yellowed slightly. The hands may be replacements. The door glasses and tablet are original. Ht. 16.5in. (2). The D.Baldwin label is an overpaste on a William S. Johnson, New York, label. The case has some original finish. The front side bands may have been originally veneered. The original wooden dial was repainted by the Dial House. The hands are original. The lower door glass is by Tom Moberg. The upper door glass is original. The front base band has some veneer repair. The movement is signed C. Boardman, Bristol. Ht. 21in.
