Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., Ithaca, NY, "No. 3 Regulator" wall hanging clock with a weight driven 8 day timepiece movement with a perpetual calendar mechanism in a walnut case. The clock case, with original finish, appears to have a later (non factory) addition of a base (different color and wood grain) to convert it to a wall hanging model. The hands are original. The original paper dials have staining at the screw holes. The signed E. N. Welch movement, correct for this model, appears to have been shifted slightly to one side which resulted in additional dial holes to adjust the alignment of the dial. The calendar mechanism is a proper replacement.
