England, skeleton clock, the two train, 8 day time and strike fusee movement contained between two nicely pierced and scroll sawn brass plates, decorative pillars with large central knop, pierced Roman numeral dial and blued steel hands, all on bell form feet fixed to an ebonized base with glass shade, 19th century good overall, dirty, minor marks and scratches, plates with minor bend, bell replaced, hands replaced, dial needs resilvering, base and dome old, but not original to this clock, but works well, ticks and strikes
