Pitt, Cetbury, England tall clock, 8 day, time and bell strike, weight driven movement in a mahogany case with broken arch top and painted iron dial depicting a hunting scene in arch with pheasant spandrels the case has an old finish in good condition with two age cracks in the plinth that have been filled. There is minor separation in hood and minor veneer chipping on lower left front. The feet have been replaced with quarter round molding. The movement is associated to the case. The weights are period and the cast iron bob is an older replacement.
