the case has very little finish remaining. There is chip in the lower right molding and a crack in the arch of hood. There is a molding below left chimney / plinth that has been repaired / restored. The lower rear bracket feet have been replaced. The center finial has the tip shortened. The dial is in very good condition but dirty. The period weights are mismatched and the pendulum is period.

The unsigned painted metal dial is attributed to William Jones of Philadelphia and includes moon phase with ship flying American flag. the case has very little finish remaining.
