Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Regulator No.18", 8 day, weight brass movement wall timepiece. Oak case in original finish was painted green on the sides and front molded edge and now has some scratches and some veneer damage on the bottom. Dial door has some veneer missing. Original hands. Seconds hand is missing. Painted dial looks original as the mounting holes in the dial match those in the case, but there are some extra unexplained holes just below 6 and just above 12 o'clock. The dial has some minor loss at the mounting screws, in the center and at the winding arbor. Wood pendulum rod is a replacement. Original label inside the case.
