the case is in very good condition with original finish, There is veneer damage to the base piece which will need attention. The original painted dials are in good condition but have been coated with varnish or shellac. The hands are original. This clock comes with a cast iron weight, which was used on the earlier models. The brass pendulum bob is damaskeened. One of the case top finials has very minor damage to its tip. The case is dated January, 1890 (0981A stenciled on the case back).
