Polyphon Musicwerke, Leipzig, Germany, "Style No. 61" tall clock with music box, 14 day, time and strike, spring driven Lenzkirch movement with Polyphon single comb music box playing 15 3/4" discs hourly. The music can also be started at will by coin operation or silenced. The case of walnut is Grunderzeit styled and highly carved with antique leaded blown glass trunk door. The dial is brass with pierced steel hands. Includes seven Polyphon discs. the case retains its original finish with a professionally restored top and several chips on the bold turnings on base. The pendulum has a sleeve repair, which will need some attention. The crank and coin box are original. A small lever, which fits one of the strike hammer arbors, is absent.
