Boston Clock Co., Boston Mass., black mantel clock, 8 day, time and strike with single arbor tandem wind in a black slate case with green marble accents and fancy dial with raised cartouche numerals, c1895. This clock is in nice condition except for a crack on the upper left side. The handsome dark green and white marble accents, beveled glass, and dial are in nice shape. The hands are original. The back door is missing. The signed movement is stamped with serial number "B 6280". The movement winds, ticks and strikes, but was not tested long term.
