Black and gold painted case with MOP in original finish that has age darkened. On piece of MOP is missing on the top front edge. Original painted dial signed: "Polished Pinions No. 1" has some minor loss at the mounting screws, the wind arbors and along the edge. The movement is stamped "Morse No. 1". The dial glass has background loss. The lower tablet has loss as well. The hands are proper style, but probably replacements. Morse supplied movements to numerous firms, so this clock may not have been sold as a Morse product.
