(1) long split in top of mahogany case. Case is unlocked but key is absent. Clock ticks vigorously, but was not tested long term. Punch mechanism works, but ribbon will need to be replaced. Dimensions are for this time recorder; (2) Initials painted on outside of wood case. Duct tape applied to base of case. Comes with three paper rolls. Sold "as is".
