Clocks- 2 (Two): (1) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Omaha", 8 day, time and strike spring driven movement city series shelf clock, c1887; (2) American Clock Co., New York, New York, 30 hour, time and strike spring driven movement iron front shelf clock, c1850 (1) Walnut case in original finish with some dings and scratches. Original painted dial has three small areas of loss. Minute hand maybe a replacement as it is a little short. Original tablet. The tips on the top rail look to be replacements; (2) Cast iron front with some remains of the original gilding in the crevices. Original paper dial is stained with surface wear and abrasion. Minute hand is a replacement. Dark, but readable label inside. Measurement is for the largest clock.
