A line runs up from the movement to the lower jaw and eyes, which are designed to move up and down slowly as the jaw opens and closes, c1920. brown and black case paint is worn in many places. One eye has a chip in the paint. The signed silvered dial with the star and "J" trademark is tarnished but legible. The movement ticks briefly and stops. The linkage from the movement to the eyes and mouth will need to be repaired. Sold "as is".
