Ithaca Calendar Clock Co., Ithaca, NY, "No. 8 Shelf Library" with a spring driven 30 day Hubbell time only movement and a perpetual calendar mechanism in a walnut case. The case retains some original finish. The top center finial is missing. There is some separation of the curved molding above the clock dial bezel and some unrepaired damage to the top of the case. The two pieces of molding upon which the curved molding rests have been replaced. Both dials and hands are original with some discoloration to the dials. One screw on the movement front plate is missing. While the clock has several correctable issues, it is a scarce model with the 30 day movement. The last one sold was in 2007 and since then 15 examples with the 8 day movement have been sold.
