Clocks- 2 (Two): (1) English, 8 day, spring fusee brass movement postal or wall timepiece, c1890; (2) French, 8 day, time and strike spring driven movement inlayed wall clock, c1840 (1) Refinished oak case in nice condition. Original painted dial has been repainted and has some paint lifting near 12 o'clock. The box behind the dial has been replaced. Original hands. The movement is stamped "R M S" with a rose engraved above the letters. (2) Inlayed mahogany case in an old finish has a couple seam cracks in the veneer at the top corners. Silvered engraved brass dial in nice condition. Original hands.
