Clocks- 2 (Two) Boston Clock Co.: (1) Boston Clock Co., Chelsea, Mass., "Crystal", 8 day tandem wind, time and strike movement with lever escapement, in a brass case with enamel dial showing Arabic numerals, c1890; (2) Boston Clock Co., Chelsea, Mass., "Queen Anne" carriage clock, 8 day timepiece with platform escapement in a gilt brass case, with three beveled glasses and white enamel dial showing Arabic numerals, c1890. (1) Case has some tarnished spots. Original enamel dial is perfect. Original hands. Beveled glasses are fine. Spring barrel cap is stamped: B8609. Movement is signed. The movement ticks and strikes but was not tested long term. (2) The case is dull, but in good condition. One side glass is cracked and will need to be replaced. There is a hairline crack bisecting the small enamel dial. The movement ticks, but was not tested long term. Sold "as is".
