Ansonia Clock Co., New York, NY, "Monarch" shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day time and half hour strike movement in a black walnut case. The case is in good condition with the exception of the top finial which has been replaced by one of incorrect size with poor quality sidearms. The paper dial is in excellent condition. The hands are original. The movement is signed. The stenciled door glass is original.
