Someone changed the position of the hinges on the bottom door to the outside and added hinges to the throat frame. The dial door is broken in two places. One sidearm is missing. Period dial is not original and has an extra winding hole. Hands are modern. Both tablets are replacements. (2) Mahogany case in an old finish. The gilding on the doors and bracket has scattered wear. Throat glass is a replacement. Bottom tablet is old, but also a replacement. One of the balls on the bottom bracket is missing. Finial plinth is replaced. Original dial is in poor condition. Hands included (not in photo) look to be period, but the minute hand is broken.
