The hour is struck on a fifth deeper toned rod, c1900. Mahogany case is in very good condition and has been refinished. Original silvered chapter rings and gold colored dial have very little tarnish. Beveled door glass is fine. Hands are original. Movement is properly signed with star and "J" trademark.
