Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Office Calendar No. 1" wall clock with an 8 day weight driven time only movement and a Mix Brothers patent perpetual calendar mechanism in a rosewood veneered case. The veneer has been stripped from all of the case with the exception of the recessed center panel between the time and calendars. The weight is a later lead replacement. The time dial appears to have its original paint and is in very good condition. The calendar dial may have been repainted some time ago. The time hands and the calendar hands are original. The calendar drum papers are original but discolored and somewhat loose.
