The case is die stamped "B & O" in several locations, and was used in Baltimore & Ohio Railroad facilities/offices. It retains some original finish. The original painted dial is in good condition with flaking at the screw holes and center arbor hole. The hands are original. The movement is the standard rectangular style with maintaining power.
