Banded mahogany and mahogany veneered case in original finish. Both tablets are original to the case. The original dial has some minor paint loss and wear. The case is stamped "46" on the bezel hinge and the door. There is some question about the movement in that the backboard has been recessed and now has cardboard shims to raise the movement. Durfee usually used Waltham movements, but he also purchased movements from another source. Original hands.
